Long lasting change requires new perspectives and discipline for the horse AND THE RIDER. Our weekly lessons, included in our training package will give you insight to the way your horse is being trained and an opportunity for you to learn and grow with your horse. 

Group Turnout

When a horse comes for training they are turned out with other horses in order to live LIKE A HORSE! We believe that horses having a full social life with other horses is key to their mental and emotional development.  Exceptions are made for horses who prove themselves to be harmful to other horses. 

 

Diet

Horses are fed a forage based diet including mostly grass hay, alfalfa if necessary, and a ration balancer. Pasture is available seasonally. 

 

Stall Practices

Horses are brought into stalls before their daily rides (5 per week) to eat hay. This keeps them easy to catch,  rations feed, and promotes emotional regulation when stalled. 

Your horse will be hauled at no additional expense so that he can come home to you with hauling and off-campus riding experience. 

First give Cailin a call for availability, then place your deposit to secure your spot. Your deposit will be applied toward your horse's first month of training. Deposits will not be refunded for horses who do not arrive for training as scheduled.
